Latest Covid-19 updates from us

As we learn to live safely with coronavirus (COVID-19), there are actions we can all take to help reduce the risk of catching COVID-19 and passing it on to others. We are continually monitoring the guidelines and advice provided by the Government and we are committed to making the right decisions for our customers and staff.

• We are encouraging customers to use hand sanitiser in and around our store, café & restaurant.
• Face masks are no longer a legal requirement and are a personal choice for our customers although all our staff will continue to wear masks as we go through this latest covid spike. Please continue to wear a face mask if it makes you feel comfortable.
• Whilst there are no longer social distancing rules, please respect that others may still be practising social distancing and keep your distance where possible.
• Our queuing system will remain in place at Ludlow Farmshop.
• Our screens at the till will remain in place at Ludlow Farmshop.
• We will still sanitise tables and contact points across the site

We continue to offer our ‘Click & Collect’ service at Ludlow Farmshop which offers customers the opportunity to shop from their home and collect without having to enter the store. Orders can be placed over the phone or via our website.

We also offer home deliveries all around the UK, meaning you can shop with us without having to leave your home. Free delivery will be offered as standard on all orders over £75, so there are no additional costs when you get to the checkout. Orders can be placed over the phone or via our website.

For those who prefer to be outside, we have many picnic benches around the site along with a covered area by our Ice Cream Cabin, you can also enjoy takeaway food and drinks from Ludlow Pantry Takeaway.
