We’re very proud of the teams here at Ludlow Farmshop, Ludlow Kitchen and The Clive Arms, many of whom have been with us for many years. We have all sorts of job roles across the site in production, retail, hospitality and management – and everyone is vital and important to the smooth running of the site, and of course, keeping our customers as happy as possible. There are many benefits to working with us, and you don’t have to take our word for it – some of the team have shared their thoughts below on what working here means to them. Development & Training

Everyone who works here are offered development and training opportunities to take their career further. This might take the form of mentoring by a manager, or an external professional qualification. Everyone gets opportunities and many staff have risen through the ranks during their time here.

We plan lots of socials throughout the year – from our Christmas party to regular quizzes and other events. Plenty of opportunities to get to know your colleagues better and have a great time in the process.
