Here at Ludlow Farmshop, we have been a member of the National Craft Butchers for many years. They are an organisation for artisans and skilled specialists made up of independent butchers, farm shops, and small abattoirs, as well as key suppliers to the industry.
Their focus is to promote and enable butchers through a range of activities. Through their membership, they provide expertise, support and insight across a wide range of topics (hygiene, employment, networking), ensuring they help everyone achieve their goals. It is great to know they are on hand if we ever need additional advice and they are a great support to the butcher community.
They are the go-to trade association for independent butchers in England and Wales and we are delighted to be a member.
