With a new season brings a wonderful Spring menu to The Clive Arms!
Our chef’s use local produce to create our seasonal menu – from Ludlow’s finest asparagus to wild garlic and of course Spring Greens. On our new menu you can find spring lamb loin and local Hereford Hop cheese.
Our most popular dish so far would have to be the fantastic slow cooked pork belly with potato and lime croquettes, spring greens and stroganoff sauce.
Where possible, we source produce from our farms, such as beef and lamb. We also grow our own vegetables at our Walled Garden which is just 1 mile from our kitchen!
We caught up with our Head Chef, Charles Westbrook to hear his thoughts on the new season…
‘Creating local and seasonal dishes it at the heart of what we do, we always aim to exceed our customers expectations by creating new dishes with a twist. I always look forward to the change in season, it allows us to be our most creative and have the opportunity to really show-case the best of the season. As we roll further into May, you can look forward to seeing the return of Steak Experience and Father’s Day Sunday Lunch.’
