Ingredients
25ml Ludlow Distillery Elderflower Liqueur
100ml Biscardo Millesimato Prosecco
50ml soda water
Fresh mint leaves
Lemon slice
Ice
Method
1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. Add 25ml elderflower liqueur.
3. Pour 100ml Clive Collection sparkling wine and top with soda water.
4. Stir and garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lemon.
